To photograph the sun, I put the camera on a small tripod, just below the telescope lens, and focused it on the projected image. For the clearest pictures use the camera's self-timer, if it has one. That way all of the jitters will have time to settle down before the photo is snapped. Here are a couple of my more recent photos.
